What payment terms do you accept for international orders?

We accept the following payment methods for international transactions:

  • T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) -- Standard: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.

  • Western Union / PayPal -- Available for small spare parts orders.

What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you offer?

We support all major Incoterms 2020 trade terms to suit your logistics preference:

  • FOB (Free On Board) -- We deliver to Qingdao or Tianjin port; you handle ocean freight.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during shipping?

All CIF shipments include full marine cargo insurance. In the unlikely event of shipping damage:

  1. Document immediately: Photograph all damage before unpacking and note it on the delivery receipt.
  2. Notify us within 7 days: Send photos and a damage report to our after-sales team.
  3. Insurance claim support: We assist you through the entire insurance claim process.
  4. Replacement parts: We expedite shipping of replacement components at no charge pending claim resolution.

For EXW/FOB orders, we strongly recommend purchasing marine insurance through your freight forwarder.

After-Sales & Maintenance

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty on all machines and production lines from the date of commissioning (or 18 months from shipment date, whichever comes first). The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical component failures under normal operating conditions
  • Mechanical wear beyond normal expectations
  • Free replacement parts shipped to you (customer bears freight cost)

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning services overseas?

Yes. We offer overseas on-site installation and commissioning by our experienced engineers. The service includes:

  • Equipment assembly, alignment, and connection verification
  • Trial production runs with your actual raw materials

  • Operator training (hands-on, 3-7 days on-site)
  • Handover documentation and maintenance schedule

Customer is responsible for engineer visa, round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a daily technical service fee. Remote video commissioning is also available as a cost-saving alternative.
